If the conference is canceled due to the pandemic or any other reason by the organizer or authorities, all registrants will be entitled to a 100% refund, no ifs ands or buts.
Cancellations are refundable through December 15th, 2023 and will be charged a $350 administration fee per single booth and $500 per double booth. There will be no refunds for cancellations received on December 16th, 2023 or later. There will be no refunds or credits for no-shows.
