  • For rental of gaming tables, felt layouts and misc. equipment, and hire of casino dealers for the Expo.

Booth Cancellations

If the conference is canceled for any reason by the organizer or authorities, all registrants will be entitled to a 100% refund, no ifs ands or buts. 

Cancellations are refundable through December 31st, 2025 and will be charged a $295 administration fee per booth. There will be no refunds for cancellations received on January 1st, 2026 or later. Some cancellations may not be subject to the administration fee at the discretion of management. There will be no refunds or credits for no-shows.

Any deposits on booths where total payment is not rendered by December 31, 2025 will be forfeited unless management voluntarily decides to refund it.
