The GTGC/GGPC is open to all casino employees, casino regulatory agencies and people in the private sector who have a proven professional relationship with casinos relevant to Game Protection or Table Games operations. Admission is not permitted for the general public. All conference registrations are subject to eligibility screening.

By attending the Global Table Games Protection Conference at The Hippodrome Casino in Leicester Square, you are eligible for a 20% discount on food and drinks at either of their restaurants, Heliot Steak House or Chop Chop by Four Seasons, between 17th to 20th of November.

Methods of Payment:
If the conference is canceled for any reason by the organizer or authorities, all registrants will be entitled to a 100% refund, no ifs ands or buts.
All attendee substitutions from the same property are permitted at any time with prior notice. Cancellations are refundable through December 31st, 2024 and will be charged a $175 administration fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received on January 1st, 2025 or later. Some cancellations may not be subject to the administration fee at the discretion of management. There will be no refunds or credits for no-shows.
